One Life Restoration is a cash-based small business where the cost of service is due at the time of the appointment. However, you can submit a self-claim to your insurance company (also known as a “superbill”). One Life Restoration will provide the necessary documents to submit a self-claim after each session. Reimbursements vary between insurance companies and cannot be guaranteed.

$150-$200 for initial 30-60 min consultation/evaluation and $150 for 30 min re-evaluation.

$125 for 50 min treatment sessions or $65 for 30 min
