One Life Restoration is a cash-based practice where the cost of service is due at the time of the appointment. However, you can submit a self-claim to your insurance company (also known as a “superbill”). One Life Restoration will provide the necessary documents to submit a self-claim after each session. Reimbursements vary between insurance companies and cannot be guaranteed.

$200 for initial 60 min evaluation and $125 for 30 min re-evaluation.

$125 for 50 min treatment sessions.

A plan of care typically lasts 6-8 weeks 1x/week, but length of time will vary depending on the need. After re-evaluation additional sessions may be added if needed or we may discharge if goals have been met.

A fee will be charged for no show appointments and cancellations fewer than 48 hrs in advance.
